I ordered from them once and it turned out okay overall. They did everything by the book with the FFL transfer and the required checks, which I get and don’t really have an issue with. What got annoying was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit, first I was waiting on one thing, then suddenly there was another step or delay, and the updates weren’t always clear. Shipping was slower than I expected, too. The price was reasonable, and customer service wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of average. Not a terrible experience, but not one that made me excited to order again either.

I had a question about my order it took way too long to get a response. When they finally did reply, the answer was really short and didn’t feel very helpful. I get that things get busy, but if someone is spending their money with you, it’s only fair to give them a timely, proper response. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.
